The goal is to give ourselves tools to face queerphobic, homophobic and transphobic aggressions, but also to face various forms of aggressions to which we can be exposed, whether they are verbal, physical, sexual, psychological, committed by people close to us or strangers. During this day, we will learn simple and immediately effective techniques, whether physical or verbal, that allow us to put an end to an unpleasant or dangerous situation in order to diminish our fears, to strengthen ourselves individually and collectively in a friendly environment.
